Refund & Cancellation
- Digital Marketing Service contract can be cancelled from either side prior one month notice, If the contract is on monthly basis and from next month customer is not liable to pay the fees. The fees paid for the previous months will not be refunded in any case as the service is already given by us.
- If contract is more than one month, like bi-monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, then contract can be cancelled but no Refund will be done in any case.
- Any Eligible Refund for the service contract will be provided in within 30 to 60 days and will be credited in customer account within 15 days of refund process. after evaluating the case which are cancelled before taking any serivces
- Our Product, “Doodles Studio” has 30 days moneyback policy. Customer will get full refunds excluding Payment gateway fees like Paypal, Razor Pay or any Other gateway.
